A day at the lake...

..was on of my favorite things that we did! Justin took Alicia, Anna, the other Anna and myself out on the lake for an afternoon of boating and swimming (and a little sun bathing)!

It was so good to see Alicia again!!

What could be better then finishing a day at the lake, with a trip to Applebee's in our swimsuits: )
Thank you Justin & Alicia!

I have to ask, where did you get your swimsuits? They look so lovely and modest and pretty :) . I haven't seen anything like them in Australia!

I actually made them! I found a pattern online...
*smile* I was really happy with them!

Wow! They look great. Were they difficult to make? Would you mind sharing where you got the pattern from? I'm having such a hard time finding modest togs for summer here :P

Looks like so much fun! I haven't gone swimming or even hung out at a lake all summer. Maybe, I should fix that. =) It's still summer!

Thank you for posting the link to the pattern. I have been searching for modest swimwear for myself and my girls. I LOVE these. I love the fabric too! What fabric is the skirt? Is it the same at the bodice?

@ Kathy R. Yukon,
Oh, no problem...I do know what it is like to try and search for modest swimwear in vain...I was so excited when I found this pattern! The skirt and the top are both made out of the same kind of fabric..the same fabric that normal swimsuits are made out of.
