Good News Club sure is FUN!

Just last week we 'kicked off ' our Good News Club with some "end of summer fun". I wish I would have taken some pictures:) We had one girl who was very sweet! Most of our usual kids thought it didn't start till the next week!

This year we have a new helper!! YAY! Tami Smith and her daughter, Jessica, are our new helpers this year for GNC!

Please pray for our Good News Club as we go into the public school and teach/disciple children! Specific prayer requests are;

- That kids would come!

- Creativity for Esther and I as we think of idea's to keep the kids interested

- That God would move on the hearts of the Children

- Wisdom as we teach

- That the Spirit of God will go before us!

Swimming!

For my birthday this year Liz Williams invited us out to her house to have a pool party:) With the days getting cooler and school starting up again we thought we had better not put it off any longer! It was SUCH fun!

One of the highlights of swimming is playing on the tubes! There is nothing quite the same as playing on one of our HUGE tire tubes! Every year mom tries to hunt one down...but last year was pretty hard...so if this one pops...there may not be a replacement:(

Chicken, (the dog) has now become Stephen's best friend:) He played with the dog the majority of the time:)

Selling 'Ice cold Lemonade' was been a favorite pastime of us older ones, and the younger ones are determined to carry it on, despite moving out of the city:)

My old camera got left out in the rain...and became quite random and unreliable! It would just sit in my purse and turn itself on and then off...and whenever actually wanted to turn it on the battery was dead or it just wouldn't...very random...lol! So if you will take an excuse...my lack of a camera is the reason for my slow blogging! *smile*
