NCHEA! Here we come!

With NCHEA kids conference just around the corner--11 days to be precise--some serious preparations have begun.

And as the props/costume coordinator that means I have a lot of sewing to do:)

So this morning I dug into the large piles of fabric and started the adventure of it all. I have hardly done very many posts about things I've sewn. But this week I'm hoping to take pictures and post some progress.

And I greatly covet your prayers for this week. Not only that everything would go smoothly and everything would get done on time, but that God would be preparing the kids' hearts for the truths that will be taught through the drama, as well as the rest of the time! And that He would be glorified in everything!

"Now this I know; The LORD gives victory to His anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of His right hand."
Psalm 20:6

Wow, you've got a big challenge ahead of you, but with God's help you'll manage! I will definitely be praying.

Hi Anna,

Wow, you sure will be pretty busy! I envy your sewing skills. :)
My sisters and I are just starting to learn the beginning basics about sewing. I'd like to invite you to my blog, and along with this, you're also invited to participate in my first giveaway! (And anyone else who would like to participate).

I know what you mean Anna! I spent the entire day prepping for NCHEA today! Being a team leader is a lot more involved than I'd anticipated, but I'm SO looking forward to it!!! I'll be praying for you!

Love You Sis!

Looks like you have a lot of work on your hands, Anna! I do sewing for my family and sometimes friends, but I have never done anything major like that. Have fun! :-)
